Good-bye

I hate good-byes!

It's that simple. I'll admit to you right here that even typing that word above has set my heart pounding.

Yet, like all negative things, there is value in it.

I know you must have heard this a million times, but realizing that life is unpredictable, that death is inevitable, we must learn to value this very moment we have.

But the final good-bye still comes as a shock, even though we all accept that our time here on Earth cannot last forever.

Love each other as if today was the last day so that you hold no regrets over never having the chance to say..."Good-bye."
